There has been an increase, or in more commonly reported, spiritual manifestation or phenomenon. For better or for worse, we must be on guard against all spiritual deception, not just on worldly affairs.
Today people are easily misled. It can be a deception in religion or in science.
There is a distinction between fanatical religiosity and true spirit of Christianity.
There is also a distinction between true scientific investigation and science-driven bias against Christianity.
Being religious in response to historical severity can be dangerous to society. Being science-driven against reason and civility is also dangerous.
Today we see many television programs exploiting the supernatural phenomenon in activities of ghosts, haunting, and the unexplainable.
Fr. Bozada
Father Mark Bozada says that the “veil is thinning”. He is saying that the supernatural is being made more manifest than ever before.
Is it because we are approaching special times? What is expected? Is it the time of peace promised by Our Blessed Mother?
“In my own prayer I have been shown that the preternatural gifts lost in the Garden are being partly restored and part of the grace is having the veil lifted,” explains Father Bozada, who ministers at three parishes (and is based at St. Mary of Perpetual Help in Villa Ridge). “It predicated, however, on obedience to God’s Will, so as not interrupted by the evil one. The two ways we support that is to remain obedient to the Church community and Magisterium. The perfection of the Holy Spirit is revealed through the Church.”
Before the Fall of man, the world was paradise, in the material and spiritual sense.
We should not always been looking for signs. Today, people are seek after images or even reminders of the supernatural in mundane and unqualified things or objects. These phenomenon are used against from what is truly at sake, true spirituality and devotion.
Catholics should be on guard, lest we be deceived. Our rule of faith is in public revelation, from sources either in the Bible or Tradition, being obedient to the Magisterium of the Church.
The thinning veil, says this priest, “is because we’re moving into the era of peace and the Lord is preparing us to live in a different way. Many saints in the past have foreseen this rebirth of the Church and mankind.”
Father Bozada’s prediction is right on with previous testimonies from the saints and mystics. However, there is spiritual deception everywhere today , with manifestation or apparitions from the devil.
