Bishop Clarence Kelly on the “Thuc Bishops” and the Errors in The Sacred and the Profane

Friday, January 21st, 2011

“An Open Letter to Bishop Clarence Kelly on the Thuc Bishops and the Errors in The Sacred and the Profane” by Mario Derksen has been posted at

www.ThucBishops.com.

The document, which is a thorough study of Catholic principles, is 101 pages in length. A summary of the major points can be found on pages 62-66 of the document and is also available for download as a separate file.

It is hoped that Bp. Kelly and his SSPV/CSPV clergy will seriously examine this powerful refutation of their position and either retract their errors or at least address the different arguments made against them in a sincere and honest manner.

This document has been published for the greater glory of God and to advance the cause of the salvation of souls. It is NOT written in a spirit of vengeance or anger, and is not meant to divide but to unite all sedevacantist Roman Catholics.

In 1937, Pope Pius XI wrote:

“To all Our children . . . We make another and more urgent appeal for union. Many times Our paternal heart has been saddened by the divergencies—often idle in their causes, always tragic in their consequences—which array in opposing camps the sons of the same Mother Church. Thus it is that the radicals, who are not so very numerous, profiting by this discord are able to make it more acute, and end by pitting Catholics one against the other. . . . Those who make a practice of spreading dissension among Catholics assume a terrible responsibility before God and the Church.” (Encyclical “Divini Redemptoris,” par. 71)

I hope that my contribution will help to overcome all unnecessary obstacles. Let us finally stop the silly divisions and work for the conversion and salvation of sinners!

Ecstatic Walk And Falls Defy Natural Laws at Garabandal

Thursday, January 20th, 2011

see link
As the apparitions continued, new phenomena began to occur. With their heads thrown back and unable to see where they were going, the girls in ecstasy would march arm-in-arm, without the slightest difficulty either frontwards or backwards over very hazardous terrain and sometimes at a pace so rapid that onlookers running at full speed were unable to keep up with them.

During these ecstatic “flights” they were able to stop instantly defying the laws of physics as the following crowd, like a speeding car trying to come to a screeching halt, would go right past them. Afterwards, the visionaries were neither out of breath nor perspiring and their pulse rates were normal.

The girls also began to make spectacular falls in ecstasy either collectively or individually. Sometimes they would fall straight backwards, stiff as a board, without bending any part of the body or using the hands to cushion the fall.

The loud thud made when they hit the ground frightened onlookers but the visionaries were never hurt. From this prone position, they would rise without pushing themselves up in any way.

In collective falls they were described by witnesses as “beautiful sculptures” and their clothing was never immodestly ruffled.

PAUL VI beatified? Stop the beatification and canonization process!

PAUL VI beatified? — 328 pages

The book that stopped the beatification process of Paul VI

Now made available in English. First published in 1998 by Editrice Civilta of Brescia, Italy and written by award winning author, Father Luigi Villa, Doctor of Dogmatic Theology.

What is the significance of this book?

• Father Luigi Villa was commissioned by Padre Pio and given a papal mandate from Pope Pius XII to dedicate his life to defend the Catholic Church from the work of Freemasonry – most especially Ecclesiastical Freemasonry.

• Padre Pio warned Father Villa, in their second meeting in 1963, to be brave as Freemasonry had already invaded the Catholic Church and had even “made it into the shoes of the Pope!” The reigning pope of the time was Paul VI.

• Playing the “Devil’s Advocate” (as was once a requirement in the process for beatification),

Father Villa answered the call of Cardinal Ruini, Vicar of the Pope for the city of Rome, who had issued an “Edict,” appearing in the diocesan weekly “Roma Sette” on May 13, 1992, which, “invited every single faithful to communicate to us directly … any information” which, in any way, may argue against the reputation of sanctity of the said “Servant of God” by writing this book.

• This book is based on the critical study of thousands of pages of encyclicals, speeches, Conciliar documents, historical journals, commentaries and magazines.

• It was written in order “to transmit, … the “truth”, in order to remain faithful to the Faith of Jesus Christ, Our Lord, which is transmitted by His Church, sole “custodian” of the “Depositum Fidei”!

Anne McGinn Cillis, a spiritual daughter of Padre Pio, Franciscan tertiary and author of “Arrivederci, Padre Pio – A Spiritual Daughter Remembers” stated in regards to this book:

“In my opinion, it is perhaps the most important book ever to be written in our time! … It reinforces that the New Mass is “The Great Sacrilege” as written by Father James Wathen.”

Earth will be destroyed by fire

In truth, if the earth and all it contains must one day disappear by fire, the goods of this world are no more to be esteemed than wood and straw. What point is there, then, in making them the objective of our desires and cares? Why seek to build and leave marks of our genius and power where we have no permanent abode, and where the form of this world will be removed, like a tent that has no travelers to shelter?

It may be said that it will be a thousand years before this frightening cataclysm takes place; but Christ has said that a thousand years are but an instant compared with eternity, and when the moment comes– when, from the land of the future life, we are the witnesses and actors in that supreme drama– the whole span of humanity will seem so short to us that we shall scarcely consider it to have lasted a single day.

The great prophet St. Paul, from whom time had no bounds and space no size, believed that he had already been transported there. In his cave at Bethlehem, St. Jerome could hear the trumpet of doom awakening the dead, and his hair stood on end, out of fear, and his flesh and bones quivered with an indescribable shudder. Lastly, Christ tells us to mediate upon these great teachings, for it is certain that we shall be taken by surprise, and that the time will come sooner than we think.

Communion in the Hand – A Bishop’s perspective

Communion in the Hand
Most Rev. Juan Rodolfo Laise,

[bishop emeritus of San Luis, Argentina]

From the outset, priests and faithful under my pastoral care asked me not to introduce this practice in the diocese of San Luis. I called a priests’ meeting for August 8, at which I presented Rome’s decree and the instruction Memoriale Domini. They unanimously agreed that, for the good of the faithful, Communion on the tongue should be maintained . . . .

The result of this meeting was a diocesan decree in which I reiterated the request of the pope and strictly abided by the law in force maintaining the prohibition of Communion in the hand.

Nevertheless, a question remained: Since Memoriale Domini was the only legislation in force, how was it that everyone adopted the practice of Communion in the hand as if it were merely an option proposed, and even recommended, by the Church?

Seeking an answer to this question and to defend my decision – which was very controversial with some ecclesiastical sectors that spoke out in the media – I encouraged a deeper investigation of the history of this usage. And the results of this investigation are found in this work.

– from the Introduction to Communion in the Hand

All that has been elaborated on until now permits us to realize that the history of the reintroduction of communion in the hand is nothing other than the triumph of an act of disobedience. The consideration of the details of this history makes evident to us the gravity of this disobedience: in fact, it is very serious above all because of the very matter which it concerns; very serious because it implies the open resistance to a clear, explicit and solidly founded directive of the pope; most serious by its universal extension; most serious because those who did not obey were not only the faithful or priests, but in many cases bishops and entire episcopal conferences; most serious, because not only did they remain unpunished but they obtained a resounding success; most serious, in short, because it has succeeded in having the state of disobedience remain hidden, making it such that one might believe, on the contrary, that they were adopting a proposal that came from Rome.

Malta priest accused of sex abuse dies after church announces tribunal, court case continues

By The Associated Press (CP) – 2 days ago

VALLETTA, Malta — A Roman Catholic priest on trial for allegedly molesting children in his care has died just days after Maltese church officials announced a special church tribunal would consider canonical penalties against him as well.

Brother Joe Bonet had suffered from bone cancer. The 63-year-old Bonet died at a home for elderly priests, according to the Times of Malta.

He was one of three clerics on trial for seven years, accused of molesting children who lived at the St. Joseph’s Home decades ago.

Victims had long complained that Maltese courts and the Vatican’s own justice system had moved to slowly to hear their claims, and Bonet’s death is likely to fuel their complaints. The victims were received by Pope Benedict XVI during his visit to Malta in April.

9 Reasons Pope John Paul II mattered

By Dan Gilgoff, CNN Belief Blog Co-Editor

Pope John Paul II is in the news today in a big way, with the Vatican announcing he will be beatified in May – the last step before sainthood.

Most people know that John Paul was hugely important – one of the most consequential popes in history – without exactly knowing why.

Here are 9 reasons:

1. John Paul II turned the role of pontiff into global celebrity. “He was the first pop pope,” says Stephen Prothero, a Boston University religion professor and CNN Belief Blog contributor. “Although rather conservative theologically he was the first to marry the papacy to the cult of celebrity.”

2. He made people rethink the Catholic Church, updating its image and strengthening its influence with everyday people and world leaders alike, through a vigorous campaign of global engagement. “For the most part popes had been viewed as old Italian guys in white sitting on some gilded baroque throne in Rome,” says David Gibson, who has authored multiple books on the papacy. “But in demonstrating a willingness to think and act outside the papal box, John Paul inspired many Catholics and, just as important, he made billions of others look at the Catholic Church in a new way.”

“John Paul II embodied in change in so many ways,” Gibson says, “that he seemed to signal to the world that the Catholic Church could be as agile as any institution in the modern world.”

The Presence is Real, a comparison of abortion and the Eucharist

Friday, January 14th, 2011

From the moment of consecration, Christ is truly present in the Holy Eucharist. We do not see Him as we see other people, but He is there, body, blood, soul and divinity. Even though we cannot see Him, He is always with us in the Blessed Sacrament.

From the moment of creation, a person is truly present. We can’t see him or her as we see other people, but the whole person is there. Unique DNA can be detected, which will determine his or her physical and mental characteristics.

There is a striking similarity between the number of Catholics who support abortion (40-47 percent) and those who do not believe in the real presence of Christ in the Eucharist (43 percent). Thus, we must pray and fast for intellectual, spiritual, and psychological healing for baptized Catholics who have strayed from the truth.

Earth’s magnetic pole shift unleashing poisonous space clouds?

Thursday, January 13th, 2011

(NaturalNews) Following the unexplained deaths of several thousand birds over the last two weeks, events are now emerging that may offer a physics-based explanation for the mysterious deaths. It all begins on a runway in Tampa, where airport officials recently closed that runway in order to change the numeric designators painted there. Why are those numeric designators being changed? Because the Earth’s magnetic poles are shifting and the numbers previously painted on the runway no longer match up with the magnetic measurements of sensitive airplane instruments (http://www.physorg.com/news/2011-01…).

As Physorg.com explains:

The primary runway at the airport is designated 18R/36L, which means the runway is aligned along 180 degrees from north (that is, due south) when approached from the north and 360 degrees from north when approached from the south. Now the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has requested the designation be changed to 19R/1L to account for the movement of the magnetic north pole.
